1. Business Development Executive (Uganda & Kenya)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Hierarchy of Industry Customers and Prospects
  • Business development executives are charged with creating new customers for a company and growing present customer purchases.
  • Coordinate Business Development Activities
  • Customer and Prospect Interaction
  • Identify sales opportunities & market trends in the region.
  • Ensure that all aspects of sales & support are attended to effectively and efficiently in the region.
  • Work well in a fast paced environment and to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Prepare and Communicate Information to Senior Management

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA / BSc in Business
  • Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Experience in the region.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the development and management of major administrative programs.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.


2. Administrative officer (Kenya):

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • Purchasing, procurement, and contract administration
  • General administrative services; facilities, property, safety, or space management; or human resources services.
  • Supervise administrative services within the municipal office
  • Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA/BSc in Business
  • Qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the development and management of major administrative programs.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability.
